Cancellations and Returns
I am unable to accept changes or cancellations once an order's payment has been processed. I work as quickly as possible to get your order ready, so once I have started working on a project I am unable to make changes.
Merchandise may not be returned/refunded. In the event that I make an error with your order, I will absolutely correct it and replace the merchandise if necessary.
Please ask any questions that you may have regarding sizing, material, etc., prior to ordering.
